During the Lunar New Year, League of Legends hosts a Lunar Revel event. For the 2019 Lunar Revel event, the Lunar Wraith Sylas skin was released. The Lunar Wraith Sylas skin is now considered a legacy skin in League of Legends. As a result, it has limited availability.
