This region is positioned at the center of Ionia. Naturally, the Placidium of Navori is the most sacred region in Ionia. Many people travel here to learn and sightsee. Unfortunately, the Placidium of Navori has been a target for Noxian invasions.

Temple of Koyehn
The Temple of Koyehn is located in northwestern Ionia on the Island of Koyehn. It was once a beautiful and serene place. A catastrophic event occurred destroying the Temple of Koyehn. It was a renowned conservatory. Hwei is a notable student of the Temple of Koyehn.
Not much is known about Puboe. Although it is a human town that likely has a hatred for the Vastaya. The Ionia image below shows a prison deep within a dungeon inside a fortress.

Puboe Prison is situated in the Eastern region of Ionia in Puboe. The prison is inside a deep dungeon within a fortress. It is guarded by sword wielding dark acolytes. It used to be controlled by the Shadow Order. Notably, Xayah saved Rakan from here when numerous Vastaya were locked up in Puboe Prison. Additionally, Akali was tasked to assiasinate a Ionian traitor here.

Ionia is a beautiful ancient island. Ionia is sometimes, referred to as the First Lands. This ancient land is infused with magic which can almost be experienced through the very air one breathes.

There is a powerful symbiotic relationship with magic and nature in Ionia. As a result, most of the architecture of Ionia is built into the lands itself. Houses are constructed not by man, but by nature itself. This is quite literal in so far as those tarnish the lands have been strangled by their own homes.

Therefore, it’s climate and geography are unsuitable to vegetation and livestock. Noxus is surrounded by dangerous deserts. But within, a solid city and fortress can be seen from miles away. Now, Noxus has its own army. The Triferion Legion is Noxus’ most elite and skilled army. It boasts some of the strongest fighters and mages in Runeterra. Immortal Bastion
The Immortal Bastion, at the heart of Noxus, is far more ancient than the empire itself. It is said that it was constructed on the order of the dread revenant Mordekaiser, and parts of it have been razed and rebuilt over the centuries, such that there are layers to its streets, and some districts now lie below ground. Few dare walk these streets after dark without guards to protect them.
The Tri-Towers are located at the center of the Immortal Bastion. It is theorized the Bastion Center Tri-Towers are the headquarters of the Black Rose.

Immortal Bastion: Fleshing Arena
The Fleshing arena, also known as the reckoners arena. A fighting pit within the immortal bastion where slaves and gladiators fight for entertainment. Several champions from the League of Legends have fought here. Riven the Exile and Xin Zhao the Seneschal of Demacia to name a few. Interestingly, Xin Zhao was a slave taken from Ionia who became the best gladiator of him time. Over time, he was outcast to fight against an unbeatable group of Demacians. Eventually Xin Zhao was brought in by the Demacians to protect King Jarvan III and eventually Prince Jarvan IV. More Noxus images of the fleshing area will be added soon.

Mortoraa
Mortoraa is the wealthiest district in Noxus. It is located in the Immortal Bastion. The most affluent citizens of Noxus live in Mortoraa, including the mysterious Vladimir, the Crimson Reaper. During the day, Mortoraa can be appreciated. Noxus is known for its cramped and dingy districts. Conversely, Mortoraa is rather spacious. Now, during the night, Mortoraa has a reputation for being ominous because there are no street lamps and torches lit there.

Swain is the current Grand General of Noxus. He hold the most influential and powerful position in Noxus.
Demacia is an impressively civilized city that is home to thousands. The citizens of Demacia, in general, enjoy a relatively high standard of living. Furthermore, Its marble styled architecture is derived from a substance called petricite. Petricite is a natural material found within the trees surrounding Demacia. Notably, petricite has anti-magic properties. Thus, Demacia is one of the most difficult cities to raid. Unfortunately, due to Demacia’s history and foundation, there is a prevalent discrimination against mages. While this city is marvelous to look at, between its aristocracy and inequality, too many people are unnecessarily oppressed. Enjoy looking a these Demacia images.
The Grand Plaza of Demacia City is a multipurpose district. It servers as a point for military operations. Secondarily, citizens of Demacia come to provide offering and gather around high ranking Demacians.

In Demacian’s northern region, such as Uwendale there are mountainous highlands. They consist of rocky terrains, silverwing raptors and lush fertile soil.
The Illuminators is the dominant religious organization of Demacia. Their priests, who may also be known as Dawnspeakers can be seen preaching inside a church.
Durand was a famous sculptor who established petricite, a magic absorbing material derived from magical bark, ash, and lime. The material has found its use throughout Demacia, not limited to helpful golems, armor, architecture, and more.
Demacia is home to a number of beasts. While in Demacia, you will see raptors, eagles, poros, wyverns, badgerbears, crag beasts, fleetfeathers, and more.

Demacian Military
The Demacian military consists of guards, soldiers, the Dauntless Vanguard. Surprisingly, even the royalty enters combat, such as the King and prince. Also, view the raptor knights below.
Sometimes referred to as silver steel or rune-steel, this alloy is highly regarded across Runeterra. It is rumored that Demacian armorers quench the metal in blessed waters, to offer protection from magic in battle.
The Dauntless Vanguard is the most elite tier of military in Demacia. Members of the Vanguard have proven themselves to be relentless and skilled soldiers. Included are various Dauntless Vanguard images. Notice their unique blue and silver armor scheme. Their plate armor is crafted from petricite, a magic absorbing composite.
Tianna is Garen and Luxana’s aunt. She is a noble of Demacia. The Crownguard family a honorary surname tasked with protecting the royalty and Demacia as a whole. Tianna is a strong but rigid woman. She will protect the Crownguard name at all costs. Even if it means suppressing Lux’s magic abilities.
Lux is an aristocratic mage who lives in Demacia. Mages are shunned an in some cases arrested on sight. On the other hand, members of the noble houses are treated with great respect. Lux finds herself at odds with her true self and what is means to be a Demacian.
Prince Jarvan IV is the son of King Jarvan III. Tragically, Prince Jarvan IV’s father was assassinated. Following the events, Prince Jarvan IV was tasked with taking the seat of the crown. Expectedly, many noble members felt Jarvan IV was ill equipped to handle his new found responsibility.
Cithria was born in small town called Cloudfield, just east of the City of Demacia. She grew up watching her mother sharpen her blades for battle and strategizing with her father while playing Tellstones. Eventually, Cithria grew up to join the Dauntless Vanguard. She has played an instrumental role in defending devastating attacks against Demacia.
